She has over 15 years of experience in design and digital media, and enjoys many creative endeavors, including cooking, painting, parenting, and plants. In her spare time she is recording podcasts, reading, or making herbal tinctures and teas.

Ashleigh believes that we create our reality through our decisions and actions, and when we prepare for success, it is sure to come.

Brandi is a digital strategist, strategic business consultant, and founder of Alchemy+Aim, North Star Sites, and WPSapphire. Brandi’s academic background in theatre, philosophy and physics was the perfect foundation for launching her business. She is an advocate for using technology in ways that humanize, connect, and serve people, as well as for asking deeper questions about impact we can create. Brandi is a natural connector and business matchmaker, who is always working to help others step into their genius work and leverage the expertise of those around them to achieve new levels of success and community along the way.

Project Coordinator

A native New Yorker, Claire is a lover of all things creative. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she completed a double major in Recorded Music and French language. Claire has always been a master of multitasking. Her skills have translated well into her current role as Project Coordinator, where she works with the rest of the team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and reflect the excellent work that our clients do. Claire is passionate about folk music, budget travel, and foreign language, and is always open to a good book recommendation.

Ebrahim is a Full Stack Developer and has a wealth of experience in the area. He loves that he gets to have different tasks daily that tackle a variety of problems, and enjoys the learning experience it brings. His superpower is finding weird solutions to all sorts of problems, making this the perfect job for him. In his free time, Ebrahim enjoys playing video games.

Accessibility + Maintenance Specialist

Greg has always been fascinated by the way things work. His degree in fine arts with a focus in sculpture allowed him to develop an eye for design and has influenced the way he approaches website development. Since he began developing websites over 10 years ago, Greg has enjoyed seeing the impact his work can have on clients. He loves being part of a team that helps facilitate the ability of others to make an impact on the world through their website. When he’s not developing websites, you can find him reading, learning new languages, or traveling.

LINDSAY

Project Operations Manager

Lindsay has over a decade of experience in Account and Project Management within the agency world. Originally hailing from the beautiful Chicagoland area, she now resides in Austin with her husband and two children. Throughout her career, she’s had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and industries, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Her favorite part of her job is collaborating with the internal team to solve a problem and seeing the solution come to life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, working out and cuddling her pups.

PHILLIP

Designer + Quality Control Specialist

Phillip studied illustration, painting, and composition at the School of Visual Arts, laying the foundation for his design, development, and quality control work. He thrives on working with a wide range of clients and learning daily from each project and his fellow team members. Superpowers include telling the best corny dad jokes and making his son and daughter laugh. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with his family.
